He was born in 1972. Graduated Kobe University majored in economics. Joined Proctor & Gamble (P&G) Japan. After working as Brand Manager for Vidal Sassoon Japan, Pantene North America, Haircare Category Associate Marketing Director, and Vice President of Wella Japan, he started working for USJ Co., Ltd.in 2010. He put his innovative ideas which successfully led the v-shaped recovery of the company. Became the Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Director, and Marketing Chief in 2012. He wrote, “Why did USJ’s roller coaster run backwards?” (KADOKAWA COPERATION, 2014) The book introduces his extraordinary “Innovation Frameworks” he came up with the ideas such as the roller coaster that runs backwards, survival horror attraction that only 0.004% of the challengers survive, and Halloween filled with zombies in the park, when there was “no money, no human resources, no time,”. He has also mentioned highlights and the behind the scene of the introduction of “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.”
